Our Three Bedroom, Townhome at Unit 359 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, pool, pickleball and game courts and Hill Lake access!

This unit has three bedrooms on the second level and a unique loft space on the third level. The main living area is cozy with a 3/4 bath off the living space. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed as well as an additional full bath and on the third floor a futon in the loft. This spot is perfect for a larger group to enjoy everything the Quadna Townhomes have to offer. We offer WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

  • This space accommodates 6 people with a King bed, a Queen bed, a twin bunkbed, and futon in the loft.
  • WiFi, air conditioning and essentials (shampoo/conditioner, soaps, linens and towels) are also provided.

HOUSE RULES

  • Please respect check-in and check-out times (unless we have agreed on other arrangements)
  • Please use the dryer to dry any wet beach towels and swimsuits etc, please do not leave wet items sitting on the floor or furniture
  • Please do not move any large furniture. Take care when moving smaller furniture items so floors are not scratched
  • Quadna Mountain Resort is a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am
  • All Guests must be registered, if the size of your party changes please contact us Additional Guests (beyond 6 guests) may be allowed with permission and for an additional fee – Please contact us with questions
  • Remove shoes while indoors
  • No Candles
  • No Fireworks
  • The use of parking spaces is limited to two in front of the unit. If additional parking is required please contact your host
  • Operation of recreational vehicles, specifically ATVs , snowmobiles and golf carts shall be restricted to marked roadways only for the purpose of reaching the trail system so designated for their use. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive recreational vehicles on townhouse property. If documented complaints are received, additional charges will be assessed
  • No parking or operation of any vehicle is permitted on any other part of the commons area. (Grass covered areas are specifically noted).
  • No long-term dock storage is permitted (longer than 7 days). During peak season and holidays, renters should restrict their use to one day unless expressly agreed otherwise
  • Pool use is restricted to owners and guests and is limited to the maximum number of persons staying on property who may occupy that unit
  • All glass containers, including beer bottles, are prohibited in pool area. Please use the acrylic glasses in the unit for any beverages taken to the pool. The penalty for contaminating the pool is the cost of cleaning the pool, additional charges will be assessed. Other rules are posted at the pool.
  • Common walkways must be kept free of toys, bikes, sporting equipment or any other types of clutter at all times. Foot traffic, maintenance and emergency personnel must have unimpeded access 24 hours a day.
  • Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
  • No cooking oil down any drains
  • PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES
  • The Fireplace is NOT available for use. Do not use at any time for any purpose
  • No Smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly – a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
  • No Parties or Events without express permission – please contact us to confirm
  • There is NO garbage disposal; do NOT put food, oil or debris down sink or any drains
  • Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors, PLEASE USE THE FISH CLEANING TABLE by the dock – violations will result in a $200 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs
