Our Two Bedroom Townhome with Loft at Unit 340 is the perfect launch point for all of your Hill City adventures including Miles of ATV, biking/hiking/cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails, a beautiful 9 hole Golf Course, pool, pickleball and game courts and Hill Lake access!
This unit has one and a half bathrooms, a queen bed in each bedroom, a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space, and two twin beds plus a small pull out sofa in the loft. We offer DirectTV, WiFi and air conditioning to make your getaway as comfortable as home!

HOUSE RULES
- Please respect check-in and check-out times (unless we have agreed on other arrangements)
- Please use the dryer to dry any wet beach towels and swimsuits, please do not leave wet items sitting on the floor.
- Please do not move any large furniture. Take care when moving smaller furniture items so floors are not scratched
- Quadna Mountain Resort is a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am
- All Guests must be registered, if the size of your party changes please contact us Additional Guests (beyond 6 guests) may be allowed with permission and for an additional fee – Please contact us with questions
- Remove shoes while indoors
- No Candles
- No Fireworks
- All outdoor fires must remain contained in the fire pit
- The use of parking spaces is limited to three per unit.
- Operation of recreational vehicles, specifically ATVs , snowmobiles and golf carts shall be restricted to marked roadways only for the purpose of reaching the trail system so designated for their use. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive recreational vehicles on townhouse property. If documented complaints are received, additional charges will be assessed
- No parking or operation of any vehicle is permitted on any other part of the commons area. (Grass covered areas are specifically noted).
- No long-term dock storage is permitted (longer than 7 days). During peak season and holidays, renters should restrict their use to one day unless expressly agreed otherwise
- Pool use is restricted to owners and guests and is limited to the maximum number of persons staying on property who may occupy that unit
- All glass containers, including beer bottles, are prohibited in pool area. Please use the acrylic glasses in the unit for any beverages taken to the pool. The penalty for contaminating the pool is the cost of cleaning the pool, additional charges will be assessed. Other rules are posted at the pool.
- Common walkways must be kept free of toys, bikes, sporting equipment or any other types of clutter at all times. Foot traffic, maintenance and emergency personnel must have unimpeded access 24 hours a day.
- Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
- No cooking oil down any drains
- PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES
- PETS: – We are happy to welcome dogs with additional pet deposit – TWO DOGS MAXIMUM, 40 lbs or less each – we can not accommodate cats
- PET OWNERS: Please keep your pets off of the furniture and plan to kennel them if they are left alone in the house
- Pet Owners – Please pick up all pet waste (use provided pet waste bags) and dispose in the outdoor trash cans.
- PET OWNERS: Plan to supervise your pets carefully and keep them on a leash for their safety. There is abundant wildlife in the area as well as other dogs in the area.
