This apartment features a fully stocked kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning and essentials (soaps, linens and towels) are also provided.
This unit has one full bathroom on the upper level and a half bath in the main living space on the lower level, one queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking inside the unit, if smoking outside dispose of butts properly
- Please remove your shoes indoors
- No rearranging furniture
- Quiet time between 10pm and 7am – please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
- Please help us keep maintenance and cleaning fees to a minimum and preserve the space for future enjoyment.
- HUNTING AND FISHING RULE
- Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors
- Do NOT throw debris into the woods, this attracts wildlife that can be damaging to people, pets and property
- Double bag/seal any debris and put in the dumpster outside
POOL RULES
- NO glass is permitted in the pool area (beer, pop etc)
- Linens/Towels provided for you in the unit are to be kept inside the unit and should not be taken out / used at the pool. If you need a beach/pool towel Dollar General has a nice selection
ISSUES & DAMAGES
- Please communicate any issues or damages to Maria immediately.
- Good, quick communication gives us the chance to replace and repair things quickly and avoid emergency service calls. This keeps costs low and helps us avoid excessive claims against your damage deposit whenever possible.
- If damage costs exceed the damaged deposit, guests will be billed for remaining costs. Damage deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure.
