Located at Quadna Mountain, the property offers year around activities & attractions; a beautiful 9 hole golf course, miles of ATV, biking, hiking, and snowmobile trails, pool access and Hill Lake access!

This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer.  Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning and essentials (soaps, linens and towels) are also provided. 

This unit has one full bathroom on the upper level and a half bath in the main living space on the lower level, one king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out bed in the sofa in the living room space

NOTICE! The pool at the Quadna Mountain Townhomes us currently closed for required maintenance. We hope that it will reopen by midsummer but, at this time, do not have an opening date. We will update this notice as we have more information.

Full refund 5 days before reservation

HOUSE RULES

  • No smoking inside the unit, if smoking outside dispose of butts properly
  • Please remove your shoes indoors
  • No rearranging furniture
  • Quiet time between 10pm and 7am – please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
  • Please help us keep maintenance and cleaning fees to a minimum and preserve the space for future enjoyment

PET RULES

  • PET RULES… We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 80lbs combined.
  • We are sorry but we can NOT accommodate cats
  • Pet fee is $50 per dog per stay.
  • Please be sure that your pet has been added to your reservation and the fee collected
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Place pet refuse in a bag and place the bag in the outdoor trash receptacle. Do not place loose stools in any trash receptacles.
  • Additional fees will be assessed if this rule is violated
  • Dogs must be leashed when outdoors
  • NO dogs on the furniture, clean up of pet hair from pet hair will result in extra fees

HUNTING AND FISHING RULES

  • Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors
  • Do NOT throw debris into the woods, this attracts wildlife that can be damaging to people, pets and property
  • Double bag/seal any debris and put in the dumpster outside

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Pet fee – $50 per dog per stay
  • Lost Key – $50 Lock-out – $30

ISSUES AND DAMAGES

  • Please communicate any issues or damages to Maria immediately. Good, quick communication gives us the chance to replace and repair things quickly and avoid emergency service calls. This keeps costs low and helps us avoid excessive claims against your damage deposit whenever possible.
  • If damage costs exceed the damaged deposit, guests will be billed for remaining costs.
  • Damage deposits will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure
