We are so excited to welcome you to the Moose Point Lookout! This Two Bedroom, one bath home with bonus sleep space space in the sunroom with amazing views of beautiful Pokegama Lake is the prefect getaway for your Minnesota escape to the Northland!
Cast your cares away, breathe deep and embrace all of the peace and FUN that Pokegama Lake has to offer via your private lake access! You can renew your spirit and have an AMAZING time enjoying the great outdoors. Plus, you are just 15 minutes from the convenience and award-winning food and drinks of Grand Rapids.
BONUS: Kayaks and a paddle board are available for your use!

- Access Itasca County’s vast snowmobile trail system directly from the house. There is plenty of room in our driveway for your trailer and it’s only a short ride across the lake to access the trails

HOUSE RULES
- Please respect check-in and check-out times (unless we have agreed on other arrangements)
- Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors, fish cleaning table is provided, please thoroughly clean up the table after each use – violations will result in a $200 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs
- Please plan to launch any personal motorized watercraft at one of the many public access locations on the lake. (Water at the end of the dock is about 3 feet deep)
- Please use the dryer to dry any wet beach towels and swimsuits, please do not leave wet items sitting on the floor.
- Please be careful if moving any furniture so floors are not damaged
- Moose Point Lookout is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am
- Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly – a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
- No Parties or Events without express permission – please contact us to confirm
- We are sorry but we can NOT accommodate your Pets
- All Guests must be registered, if the size of your party changes please contact us Additional Guests (beyond 6 guests) may be allowed with permission and for an additional fee – Please contact us with questions
- Remove shoes while indoors
- No Candles
- No Fireworks
- All outdoor fires must remain contained in the fire pit
- Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
- No cooking oil down any drains
- Please return all items to the boat house at the end of each day. Failure to do so will result in additional charges
