HOUSE RULES
- Please be sure to review all house rules when booking! Home is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.(quiet hours are between 10pm-7am)
- Extra guest fees will be charged if more than registered guests stay the night as cleaning/laundry costs go up
- No parties or events without express permission
- No Illegal Substances
- Please remove shoes when you enter the house and leave in the entry area
- Utilize the dryer for wet/damp clothing and towels do not leave these items on any floors or on any of the furniture
- Please return all furnishings to their original positions if moved during your stay
- Use only firewood that is provided or firewood you purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO cutting of firewood on the property or adjacent properties is allowed.
- No burning of trash or any other materials besides firewood.
- Keep all outdoor fires within the fire ring and no more than five feet tall.
- We love having your entire group stay. Please be be aware of safety around the lake as well as some cleaning supplies under each of the sinks.
- Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors, fish cleaning table is provided, please thoroughly clean up the table after each use – violations will result in a $200 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs
- Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
- No cooking oil down any drains
- Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly OUTDOORS – a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
- No Fireworks
- PET RULES… We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 80lbs combined. We are sorry but we can NOT accommodate cats
- Pet fee is $50 per dog per stay. Please be sure that your pet has been added to your reservation and the fee collected
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Place pet refuse in a bag and place the bag in the outdoor trash receptacle. Do not place loose stools in any trash receptacles. Additional fees will be assessed if this rule is violated
- Dogs must be leashed when outdoors
- NO dogs on the furniture, clean up of pet hair will result in extra fees
- Please plan to kennel your dogs if they are left alone in the house
- Guests interested in booking longer than two weeks will be required to allow our cleaners to access and clean the cottage, at your expense (will be included in monthly fee), every one to two weeks for the duration of your stay. Schedule for cleaning can be discussed and a mutually agreeable time selected.
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND NO DIVING PLEASE!
- Guests are responsible for following all local laws and safety regulations when using watercraft or participating in any lake activities. Life jackets are provided and must be worn; please bring your own if preferred. Use of the lake and watercraft is at your own risk—we assume no liability for accidents or injuries.
