THE SPACE
Eagle View Lodge on peaceful Little Jay Gould Lake is a split Entry home with spacious entry area.
Kitchen, dining and living room spaces on the upper level + 2 bedrooms and full bath
Living room, designated work space and game (or additional dining) table + large laundry room on lower level + 1 bedroom and 3/4 bath
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – upper level: King bed, forest view
Bedroom 2 – upper level: Queen bed, lake view
Bedroom 3 – lower level: Queen bed, lake view
Bathrooms:
1 full bathrooms (tub + shower) upper Level
1 3/4 bathroom (shower only) lower level
Towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided

HOUSE RULES
- Please respect check-in and check-out times (unless we have agreed on other arrangements)
- All Guests must be registered, if the size of your party changes please contact us Additional Guests (beyond 6 guests) may be allowed with permission and for an additional fee – Please contact us with questions
- Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors. CLEAN UP thoroughly after any fish or game cleaning activities. Dispose of entrails away from the cabin or double bag and freeze until your departure. Please cooperate with this as it draws in unwanted animal activity that can be extremely destructive. A $200 fee will be charged for any evidence of breach of this rule.
- Please plan to launch personal watercraft on the public access on the lake
- Please use the dryer or towel racks in the bathrooms to dry any wet beach towels and swimsuits, please do not leave wet items sitting on the floor.
- Please be careful if moving any furniture so floors are not damaged
- The cabin is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am
- No Smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly in the receptacle provided, do not bring it indoors – a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
- No Parties or Events without express permission – please contact us to confirm
- Remove shoes while indoors
- No Candles
- No Fireworks
- All outdoor fires must remain contained in the fire pit, no more than 3′ tall & observe any local burning restrictions
- Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet No cooking oil down any drains
- PLEASE BE CAREFUL NEAR THE LAKE AT ALL TIMES – we accept no responsibility for your safety on or near the lake
- We are happy to welcome dogs with additional pet deposit – TWO DOGS MAXIMUM – we can not accommodate cats
- Please keep your dogs OFF of the furniture
- Please plan to kennel your dogs if they are left alone in the house
- Please pick up all pet waste (use provided pet waste bags) and dispose inside a trash bag in the outdoor trash cans.
- Plan to supervise your pets carefully and keep them on a leash for their safety. There is abundant wildlife as well as other dogs in the area.
